Considering that Decree № 353 of 12 November 2007 of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria appointed Justice Lazar Georgiev Grouev Chairman of the Supreme Court of Cassation and with regard to Art. 11, para 2 of the Constitutional Court Act pursuant to Art. 147, para 5 and Art. 148, para 1, subpara 5 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria the Constitutional Court terminates the term of Lazar Georgiev Grouev as a member of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria.
