Nevin Feti
Date and place of birth: 2 April 1977, Varna.
Graduated law studies from the Faculty of Law of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" (2001). Master's Degree in Protection of National Security (2005), Doctorate in National Security (2010).
Judicial candidate at Sofia City Court (2002), lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association (2002-2003), senior legal expert at the State Commission on Information Security (2003-2004), assistant and senior assistant in "Classified Information Protection" at the Academy of the Ministry of Interior (2004-2007). From 2007 to 2012 Ms Feti was a Secretary for Legal Affairs to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria. From 2012 to 2024 she was a Legal Adviser to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Lecturer at the National Institute of Justice (2005-2024), at the Institute of Public Administration (2013-2024), at the Faculty of Law (2008-2012 and 2015-2024) and at the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication (2021-2024) of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
Author of a number of articles in the field of civil law, classified information protection, personal data protection, reuse of information from the public sector, co-author of the books "Protection of Personal Data" (2019) and "Application of Personal Data Protection " (2020).
Appointed Justice of the Constitutional Court by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria (2024).
