THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT INITIATED PROCEEDINGS ON CONSTITUTIONAL CASE NO 15/2023

Today, September 20, 2023, the Constitutional Court initiated proceedings on Constitutional Case No. 15/2023 on the initative of a panel of the Supreme Administrative Court to establish the unconstitutionality of the provision of Article 55a(2) of the Health Insurance Act.
