VISIT OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT MRS PAVLINA PANOVA AND JUDGE YANAKI STOILOV IN BAKU, AZERBAIJAN

At the invitation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan, from 3 to 6 July 2023 a delegation from the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria visited the city of Baku. The conference was organized for the Presidents of Constitutional Courts and Supreme Courts with constitutional jurisdiction in Europe and was on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 The delegation from the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria was composed of Mrs. Pavlina Panova - President and prof. Mrs. Yanaki Stoilov – Judge. Ms. Panova was also one of the speakers at the conference and delivered a paper on "Balance between tradition and progress".
