The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria attended an International High-level Conference in Brussels

On November 10, 2023, took place the second edition of an International High-level Conference of the Presidents of Constitutional Jurisdictions of EU Member States, organised by the EU Justice Commissioner Didier Reynders.

On behalf of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria, the President, Ms. Pavlina Panova, took part in discussions at two Round tables on the topics of "Contribution of Constitutional jurisdictionss to the protection of the Rule of Law in the EU – Recent developments and 60th anniversary of the Van Gent and Loos ruling" and "Exchange on bilateral and multilateral relations (best practices) between Constitutional jurisdictions in the EU, including in view of a future more regular dialogue".
