The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria Ms Pavlina Panova and the Executive Directors of the Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB) Mr Ilia Karanikolov and Mr Tsanko Arabadzhiev signed a contract for the purchase of a building and the adjacent land, on the 2, Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd.
The contract is in implementation of the Decision No. 899 of the Council of Ministers of 15.12.2023, which instructs the President of the Constitutional Court to sign a contract for the purchase of property in favor of the state, owned by the Bulgarian Development Bank.
From the date of its acquisition the property becomes public state property and, in accordance with Decree of the Council of Ministers No. 311 of 15.12.2023, is made available for the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria. After the official signing of the contract, the executive directors of the Bulgarian Development Bank symbolically handed over the key of the building to the President of the Constitutional Court.
