On 25 April 2024 a delegation from the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand, led by the Constitutional Justice Mr. Punya Udchachon, was in Bulgaria on an official visit. The delegation included three Constitutional Justices and 55 eminent jurists and other specialists from all walks of Thai public and political life. An official high-level bilateral meeting was held at the Constitutional Court with the participation of the justices of the two courts.
Later that day, a seminar was held, which started with a report by Justice Prof. Yanaki Stoilov on "Constitutional Review System and Landmark Decisions of the Constitutional Court". The legal expert Mr Alexander Tsekov spoke to the guests on the topic of "Composition of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria", and the legal expert Ms Desislava Kemalova gave a presentation on the Duties and Powers of the Court.
At the end of the meeting, closing remarks and greetings to the guests were given by the President of the Court Ms Pavlina Panova.
