XIX Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts, Chisinau, Moldova 2024

The President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria Ms Pavlina Panova and Justice Yanaki Stoilov took part in the XIX Congress of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts, which was held in Chisinau, Moldova on 22-23 May 2024.  The conference also marked the end of Moldova's presidential term of the Conference of European Constitutional Courts, of which the Constitutional Court of Bulgaria is a member.

The Circle of Presidents of the member states of the Conference elected the next presiding court, that of the Republic of Albania. An important decision was also taken to establish a permanent representation of the Conference at the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.

The Congress also adopted an official final declaration.
