The President of the Constitutional Court Pavlina Panova took part in the official opening of the judicial year of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg

The President of the Constitutional Court of Bulgaria, Madam Pavlina Panova, took part in the official opening of the judicial year of the European Court of Human Rights that took place on 31 January 2025 at the Court's premises in Strasbourg.

The event included a Judicial Seminar on the topic Protecting human rights in a world of Artificial Intelligence, algorithms and big data. It was followed by a solemn hearing ceremony that was attended by representatives from the highest courts of the member States of the Council of Europe as well as many eminent figures from European judicial circles.
